History of the Castle
The Lešenský Castle near Valašské Meziříčí was the seat of the family branch of the Kinsky Counts, who were responsible for its current appearance. Today, its attractiveness is not only due to its newly reconstructed historical interiors. The origins of the Lešenský Castle date back to the mid-14th century.
Tours and exhibitions
The castle itself boasts a unique painted ceiling, original Baroque floor and furniture from the time when the Kinsky family lived here (the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries). Among the gems are a richly inlaid secretary and a rare balustrade railing. The historical interiors can be visited as part of a guided tour.
Space rental
Wedding ceremonies and other social events can be held in the castle premises, and rooms on the ground floor of the castle can be rented for conferences, gala banquets and similar events.
